The US-based firm Waymo has revealed that its autonomous taxis will be operational for hire on London's roads starting next year.

The UK capital will emerge as the first European city to host an driverless taxi service, comparable with those currently in use in multiple US cities and four other American cities using Waymo's cutting-edge systems.
